One manufacturing conversation

Connect the board, the parts and the assembly.

A successful PCBA order depends on more than the assembly line. The PCB specification, component choices, file revision and acceptance criteria must work together. Our turnkey service brings these decisions into one project scope.

OUR CORE SERVICE

Turnkey PCB assembly

Coordinate PCB manufacturing, component procurement, SMT and through-hole assembly, with inspection and testing agreed for your project. Share the application and release requirements so we can review the complete build.

Inside the production environment

Workshop photos, with the process behind each view.

These photos show PCB fabrication and assembly equipment from our existing factory gallery. Use them as a starting point for discussing the processes your board needs.

GKG solder paste stencil printer in the SMT assembly workshop

Solder paste printing

The stencil-printing stage prepares solder paste deposits before SMT component placement. Stencil design and printing conditions need to match the board and component requirements.

PCB magazine racks and automated board handling equipment on an SMT line

Board handling on the SMT line

Magazine racks and transfer equipment support the movement of boards through assembly. Panel dimensions, support and handling requirements are part of production preparation.

PCB routing machines and panels in the routing operation area

PCB routing

Routing equipment machines the board outline and specified features. Clearly dimensioned fabrication drawings help communicate the finished geometry and relevant tolerances.

PCB etching

The etching stage forms the copper circuit pattern. Material selection, copper requirements and trace geometry belong in the fabrication specification reviewed before production.

Board types to discuss

Our PCB offering includes multilayer, flexible, rigid-flex, metal-core, heavy-copper and high-frequency boards. Send the stack-up, material requirements and drawings so we can confirm suitability for your design.

Details that shape the quote

Tell us about impedance control, special vias, edge features and your preferred finish, such as ENIG, HASL or OSP. We review these requirements together with the board files and assembly needs.

PRODUCTION RESOURCES

Equipment that supports prototypes and mixed product batches.

OrinewPCB provides PCB manufacturing, component sourcing and turnkey PCB assembly, with a focus on small-to-medium batches and multiple product variants. Our SMT resources include Yamaha pick-and-place equipment. The production lines below support different operations; the actual route, setup and inspection requirements are reviewed for your board.

COMPONENT SOURCING POLICY

100% new, original, genuine components for parts orders and turnkey PCBA.

We sell only 100% new, original, genuine electronic components. The same policy applies to the components we source for turnkey PCB assembly. We maintain substantial inventory and work with manufacturers and distribution partners to review options for parts outside our own stock.

Our sourcing relationships can help us seek competitive pricing and delivery options; they do not make every listed part available immediately. Request a quotation for the exact manufacturer part number, quantity, packaging and required date.

Quality through the build

9 inspection stages, from incoming materials to shipment.

Our PCBA quality workflow covers these nine stages. Define the inspection plan, acceptance criteria and coverage for your build before production. Programming and functional testing are separate project requirements.

  1. IQC · Incoming materials

Check incoming PCBs and components against approved specifications before they enter assembly.

  2. SPI · Solder paste

Inspect solder paste deposits after printing to identify printing defects before placement.

  3. Online AOI

Use automated optical inspection on the line to identify placement errors, missing parts and visible defects.

  4. SMI · First article

Verify the first assembled board against the build documents, including placement and specified component checks.

  5. IPQC · In-process checks

Review work in progress and process conditions so assembly issues can be identified and corrected.

  6. Offline AOI

Inspect assembled boards after soldering for visible placement and solder-joint defects.

  7. X-ray inspection

Review hidden solder joints, including BGA connections, according to the agreed inspection coverage.

  8. QC · Manual inspection

Check finished assemblies for visible workmanship, orientation and assembly details against agreed criteria.

  9. QA · Before shipment

Verify released boards, identification, quantity and protective packaging before dispatch.

Does your product need to be powered up and tested?

AOI and X-ray can reveal assembly defects, but they do not establish that your complete product functions correctly. Discuss firmware, programming access, fixtures, the test procedure and pass/fail limits if functional testing is required.

Before choosing a manufacturing partner

Factory and production FAQs.

Can you manufacture the PCB and source the components for one order?

Yes. Our turnkey PCBA service combines PCB fabrication, component procurement and assembly. Inspection, programming and functional testing are agreed according to your board and quotation scope. Tell us which responsibilities you want OrinewPCB to handle.

Can I arrange a factory visit or a manufacturing discussion?

You are welcome to contact our team to discuss a visit. Share the processes you want to review, your project requirements and preferred timing so the relevant arrangements can be confirmed.

Which certifications and quality records apply to my project?

If your supplier approval requires a specific certification, scope, inspection record or material document, include it in your enquiry. Ask us to confirm the applicable manufacturing site and current documentation before placing the order.

How is the production lead time determined?

Lead time depends on the board specification, order quantity, component availability, assembly complexity and inspection or test requirements. Send your files and target date so we can review the current project schedule rather than rely on a generic delivery estimate.

Can I enquire before my design files are complete?

Yes. Start with the application, estimated quantity and target date. Tell us which files are ready and which decisions remain open. We can clarify the information needed for a firm quotation and manufacturing release.
