The company behind the brand
Meet OrinewPCB.
OrinewPCB is the PCB fabrication and assembly brand of ORINEW TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED. Established in 2012 and based in Shenzhen, we provide PCB manufacturing, electronic component sourcing and distribution, and turnkey PCB assembly. Our particular focus is small-to-medium batches and multiple product variants.
Our reputation depends on what reaches your production team. We supply only 100% new, original, genuine components, including the parts we source for turnkey assemblies. Every bare PCB we manufacture receives flying-probe electrical testing, and our PCBA quality workflow covers nine stages. Your quotation defines the inspection, programming and functional-test scope for the build.
Our inventory and manufacturer/distributor relationships support competitive sourcing options. We review the current BOM, material availability, project quantity and target date before confirming price and schedule.
Whether you are validating a prototype or planning a repeat batch, we connect the board specification, component package, assembly revision and test requirements into an agreed manufacturing scope.
Turnkey PCB assembly
Coordinate PCB fabrication, BOM sourcing, SMT and through-hole assembly, with inspection and testing defined for your project.
Ideal when your team wants one manufacturing contact to connect the board, parts and assembly schedule.
PCB fabrication
Start with your Gerber files and board specification. Discuss the material, stack-up, finish and manufacturing requirements before releasing your order.
Need bare boards first? We can discuss fabrication as a separate project.
Components & partial turnkey
Ask us to review your BOM sourcing needs, or combine customer-supplied components with parts we procure.
Identify critical part numbers, approved alternatives and procurement responsibilities early.
Built around your decisions
Make the next build easier to manage.
A useful manufacturing partner helps you see what needs a decision before it becomes a production delay. Here is what to discuss with our team.
For hardware engineers
Resolve footprint, polarity, placement and assembly-note questions against a clear file revision. Discuss manufacturability concerns before the build is released.
For product managers
Align prototype and batch quantities with component availability and your target date. Make first-article approval, programming and test responsibilities part of the plan.
For business owners
Compare the complete project scope: boards, components, assembly, tooling and agreed testing. Identify the factors that affect cost and delivery before committing.

Connect the BOM to the build
Address sourcing questions before they hold up assembly.
A board can be ready while one critical component is still missing. Tell us which items are fixed, which alternatives are approved and which parts your team will supply.
- Clear part identification: include manufacturer part numbers, quantities and reference designators.
- Availability and alternatives: flag long-lead or obsolete parts; confirm proposed substitutions with your team.
- A defined handover: agree on the condition, quantity and arrival date of customer-supplied materials.
Customer project experience
Real projects. Practical manufacturing support.
These examples summarize customer feedback about engineering communication and project coordination.
From 2 sample boards to 50 sets
The challenge: an expanded order, an urgent schedule and key components with a reported four-week lead time.
Our contribution: DFM feedback on design issues and coordination of the material requirements for the larger build.
The customer’s experience: Rahul reported that the expanded order was delivered on time.
Customer feedback: Rahul · June 2026. This project outcome reflects its specific circumstances.
Design feedback for mining equipment PCBA
The challenge: turn board files into an assembly that met the customer’s expectations.
Our contribution: engineers suggested Gerber changes, used visual comparisons to explain them and shared production updates.
The customer’s experience: the customer reported that the finished product met expectations.
Customer feedback: Engineer · May 2026. Summary of the customer’s account.
Quality starts with the build plan
Define what a good board must do.
Correct assembly, a clean visual inspection and a working product are different checkpoints. We discuss the inspection and test scope with you so the release criteria fit your board.
Identify critical components, workmanship requirements, programming needs and the checks required before shipment. Functional testing needs a defined procedure, suitable fixtures and clear pass/fail criteria.
Questions worth settling before production
- Which PCB, BOM and placement-file revision is approved?
- Which component alternatives can be used?
- Is a first article or sample approval needed?
- What inspection, programming and functional tests are included?
- What records and packaging does your team require?
Not sure how to document these? Use our prototype-to-production checklist as a starting point.

Before you get in touch
Common questions about working with OrinewPCB.
What does your turnkey PCB assembly service include?
Turnkey PCBA connects PCB fabrication, component procurement and board assembly in one project. Inspection, programming and functional testing are agreed according to the board’s requirements and included scope. Review our full turnkey assembly service or tell us what your project needs.
Can I start with prototypes and order a batch later?
Yes. We work with prototype and production projects. Share both the initial quantity and your expected next batch so we can discuss component availability, file revisions and the checks needed for a repeat build.
Can I supply some or all of the components?
Yes. Consigned and partial turnkey assembly let your team supply selected or all components. Agree on the BOM split, required quantities, material condition and delivery timing before assembly starts.
What if my files are not complete yet?
You can contact us with your application, estimated quantity and target date. We can clarify which files and decisions are needed next. A firm manufacturing quotation and production release require sufficient project information.
How do I get a useful quotation?
Provide Gerber files, a BOM with manufacturer part numbers, pick-and-place data if available, quantities, the target date and your assembly or testing notes. If the design is still in progress, explain what is ready and what needs review. Our PCBA quotation form is the place to start.
