Project planning overview. The quotation defines the agreed manufacturing and test responsibilities.

CHOOSE THE BUILD SCOPE

Fabrication, sourcing and assembly in one coordinated request.

PCB fabrication

Share the Gerber and drill files, stack-up, dimensions, copper requirements, finish and fabrication notes. Identify any material, impedance or tolerance requirements needing review.

Explore PCB manufacturing

Component sourcing

Use full manufacturer part numbers, quantities per board and reference designators. Flag supplied parts, do-not-fit positions, approved alternatives and documentation requirements.

Discuss BOM and component sourcing

PCB assembly

Include placement data, assembly drawings, orientation and variants. State the required SMT, through-hole or mixed-technology build, with programming and testing needs.

Explore PCB assembly services

Technical limits depend on the design, material and process combination. Confirm the required specification and available manufacturing scope in the reviewed quotation.

DESIGN REVIEW CHECKLIST

Tell us the limits your board must meet.

FULL TURNKEY PCBA IS OUR MAIN FOCUS

Request a manufacturing review and quotation.

Ask for PCB fabrication, BOM procurement and assembly together when you need a one-stop build. Identify any supplied materials and the tests your project needs.

  • Same revision across the board, BOM and assembly files
  • Prototype and expected production quantities
  • Critical dimensions, materials and component restrictions
  • Target date, destination and sourcing responsibilities
  • Inspection, programming, functional testing and reports

You can start before every file is complete. Explain what is available and what still needs to be defined. Final price and schedule follow the reviewed scope.

Tell us what you need to build.

Email is required; service, quantity, message and files are optional for an initial discussion.

DEFINE QUALITY AND DELIVERY

Agree the checks that your product requires.

Inspection, board tests, programming and functional testing address different requirements. Provide the procedure, access points and pass/fail criteria for any requested functional test. Confirm preparation and reporting in the quote.

If a standard, quality class or certification is required, state the requirement and ask for the applicable documentation before approving the build. Confirm the schedule after the design, materials and preparation have been reviewed.

MANUFACTURING REVIEW QUESTIONS

Before approving your project.

Does a published capability value confirm my design is manufacturable?

A value needs to be reviewed with the material, geometry, tolerances and other process requirements. Send the actual design package and identify critical features so the agreed scope can be confirmed in the quote.

Can I order just PCBs or components?

Yes. State whether you need PCB fabrication, component sourcing, assembly or a full turnkey project. Include the files and requirements relevant to that scope.

What if I will supply some materials?

List the supplied boards or parts, quantities, packaging and expected arrival dates. Clarify the remaining procurement, preparation and assembly responsibilities.

Are all possible tests included automatically?

No. Define the inspection, programming, functional testing and reporting you need. Review the included coverage and any fixture or qualification preparation in the quotation.

How do I request a deadline-sensitive build?

Send the target date, destination, quantity and current file status. The material plan and manufacturing preparation need review before a delivery schedule can be confirmed.
