No single figure covers every design, component list and destination. Send your requirements and target date so materials, preparation, manufacturing and shipping can be reviewed together.
Does quick turn include component sourcing?
Request full turnkey support when you need fabrication, procurement and assembly together. Specify any supplied boards or parts and define the remaining sourcing responsibilities.
What if a component is not available in time?
Identify approved alternatives and any parts that must not change. A proposed replacement needs design review and approval; otherwise the material constraint needs to be reflected in the schedule.
Are testing and programming included automatically?
Include the inspection, programming and functional testing you need. Confirm the coverage, preparation and reporting in the quote rather than assuming every test is included.
Can I start with a small urgent batch?
Send the first quantity and the expected next batch. Identify the files, materials and test preparation already available so the team can review the build and repeat-order plan.
