OrinewPCB · PCB + COMPONENTS + ASSEMBLY

One-Stop PCB Assembly Services

Coordinate PCB fabrication, component sourcing and assembly through one project inquiry. Send your board files, BOM and build quantity so OrinewPCB can review the material responsibilities, assembly requirements and tests for your project.

Prototype, small batch or repeat build: share your quantity and target delivery date. The confirmed quotation defines the included work and schedule.

ONE COORDINATED BUILD SCOPE

What does one-stop PCB assembly include?

One-stop PCB assembly combines the bare PCB, agreed BOM purchasing and component assembly in a coordinated production scope. It reduces the number of separate handoffs you need to manage. Programming, fixtures and functional testing should be specified and confirmed in the quotation.

One-stop and full turnkey: both terms can describe a project where the assembly partner coordinates PCB fabrication, component purchasing and assembly. Confirm the actual responsibilities in the quote: the service name alone does not define sourcing restrictions, test coverage or delivery terms.

MATERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Choose full turnkey or a shared sourcing plan.

Full Turnkey PCBA

Ask OrinewPCB to coordinate bare-board fabrication, purchasing the agreed BOM and assembly. Provide manufacturer part numbers and your approved alternatives or substitution restrictions.

Partial Turnkey PCBA

Supply selected parts or boards and identify the remaining items you want us to source. State material quantities, packaging, arrival dates and ownership of unused parts.

PCB or Components Separately

Need only bare PCBs or electronic parts? Specify this in your inquiry so the quotation reflects the actual supply scope.

QUOTE A COMPLETE PROJECT

What should you send for a one-stop PCBA quote?

  • PCB fabrication data: Gerber and NC drill files, stack-up, material, copper thickness, finish and fabrication notes.
  • BOM: reference designators, manufacturer part numbers, quantity per board, do-not-populate positions and permitted alternatives.
  • Placement and assembly data: pick-and-place / CPL file, assembly drawing, polarity notes and special handling instructions.
  • Project scope: quantity, full or partial sourcing, target date and shipping destination.
  • Verification requirements: inspection coverage, firmware, programming instructions and functional test procedure where needed.

Keep the PCB, BOM and placement files on the same revision. If your files are incomplete, describe what is ready and what is still being developed.

CLEAR APPROVALS BEFORE PRODUCTION

Keep purchasing, assembly and testing connected.

1. Review the Build Package

Resolve file revisions, missing part numbers, package details and manufacturability questions before release.

2. Confirm Material Decisions

Agree on approved substitutions, parts with uncertain availability and the items supplied by each party.

3. Agree on Assembly Scope

Define assembly sides, connector orientation, special operations, first-article approval and change-control requirements.

4. Define Acceptance Checks

State inspection and functional requirements, firmware versions, fixtures and pass/fail criteria. Confirm the included checks in the quote.

ONE-STOP PROJECT COORDINATION

Agree the handoff, not just the service name.

A one-stop PCBA project connects the design release, material decisions, first article and shipment. Use the handoff list below to identify what your team approves and what the manufacturing quotation needs to deliver.

On a small screen, scroll this table sideways. You can also focus it and use the arrow keys.

Project gate Your team provides or approves Deliverables to agree with OrinewPCB
Design release Matching board, BOM, placement and drawing revisions; DNP and polarity notes. Resolved engineering questions and the manufacturing release version.
Purchasing release Approved part numbers, alternatives and supplied-material split. Availability review, material responsibilities and any purchasing decisions requiring approval.
First article Acceptance criteria and the person who can approve a first article, if required. Approval method, hold points and the records requested for the build.
Product verification Firmware, test procedure, fixture responsibilities and pass/fail criteria when needed. Included programming, inspection and functional-test scope; test preparation where agreed.
Shipment and reorder Delivery destination, identification, packaging and revision changes. Agreed release documentation and information retained for the next batch.

For the sourcing split and full-versus-partial turnkey comparison, see turnkey PCB assembly. This project plan does not change your approved BOM or authorize purchasing before the quotation is accepted.

PLAN THE QUANTITY AND SCHEDULE

Request a sample build and the expected next batch together.

Prototype evaluation

Share your sample quantity and the purpose of the evaluation. Identify the functions that need to be checked, and record any changes before releasing another revision.

Low volume and repeat orders

Provide the next-batch quantity and expected demand. Material purchasing, setup and test preparation can then be reviewed for each stage.

What affects price and lead time? Board specification, BOM availability, sourcing minimums, quantity, assembly complexity and the agreed test work. Provide your target date; confirm material readiness and the quoted schedule before committing to a delivery date.

ONE-STOP PCBA FAQ

Questions to settle before your first build.

Can OrinewPCB source the components and fabricate the PCBs?

You can request both under a full turnkey scope. Send your BOM and fabrication files so availability, board requirements and sourcing responsibilities can be reviewed and confirmed.

Can I supply selected components?

Yes, a partial turnkey scope can be reviewed. List each supplied part, quantity, packaging and arrival date, plus the remaining items you want sourced.

Is functional testing included automatically?

Define your required tests in the inquiry. Functional testing may need a procedure, firmware and fixtures. The quotation should state the included preparation and test coverage.

Can I request a quote before all files are ready?

Start with the application, quantity and expected scope. Identify the files still in progress. Final pricing and production release depend on the approved build package and material review.

How do I compare one-stop PCB assembly quotes?

Compare the same PCB specification, BOM revision, sourcing responsibilities, build quantity, setup costs, test work and delivery terms. Resolve exclusions before choosing a supplier.
