ORINEWPCB · PCB FABRICATION & TURNKEY PCBA
PCB Manufacturing Services
Custom printed circuit boards for prototypes and production. Send your fabrication files for a PCB quote, or combine bare boards, component sourcing and assembly in one turnkey PCBA project.
Quantity, board requirements and delivery scope are reviewed before the quote is confirmed.

CHOOSE YOUR PROJECT SCOPE
PCB fabrication or a complete assembled board?
PCB manufacturing produces the bare circuit board from your fabrication data. PCB assembly adds components and soldering. Full turnkey PCBA coordinates board fabrication, the agreed BOM procurement and assembly through one project request.
PCB fabrication only
Send Gerber and drill files, board quantity, material, stack-up and finish requirements. Use this option when you plan to arrange assembly separately.
Full turnkey PCBA
Send the same PCB files plus your BOM, placement data and assembly instructions. Include any programming or functional test requirements.
Partial turnkey or supplied materials
Identify the PCBs or components you will supply, their quantities and expected arrival dates. Agree on the remaining purchasing and assembly scope.
MATCH THE BOARD TO THE DESIGN
Explore PCB materials and construction.
Specify the required material grade and stack-up rather than relying on a general board category. Special constructions and manufacturing limits need a review of your actual files.
FR-4 & multilayer boards
Review laminate, layer stack-up, copper weight and finished thickness together with the layout and electrical requirements.
Rogers & RF materials
Identify the exact laminate, thickness and impedance requirements. A proposed material change needs your approval.
Thermal & power designs
Share operating conditions, copper requirements and the chosen substrate for review of metal-core or heavy-copper constructions.
FABRICATION REVIEW
Define the requirements that affect your PCB quote.
A capability maximum does not mean every specification can be combined on the same board. We review material, geometry, stack-up and process requirements together before confirming the manufacturing scope.
| Requirement | Include in your request | What needs review |
|---|---|---|
| Layers & stack-up | Layer count, laminate grade, finished thickness and copper weight | Stack-up availability and compatibility with your design |
| Geometry & holes | Outline, minimum track/space, drill sizes and any special vias | Fabrication tolerances, drilling and process limits |
| Impedance | Target impedance, tolerance and the relevant layers/traces | Stack-up, trace geometry and verification requirements |
| Finish & markings | Required surface finish, solder mask, silkscreen and special areas | Material compatibility and any selective treatment |
| Quantity & delivery | Sample quantity, next batch quantity, target date and destination | Material availability, fabrication schedule and shipping scope |
| Quality documentation | Required inspection records, acceptance criteria or certification requirements | Applicable scope and available documentation before order approval |
For certification-dependent purchasing, ask for current documentation and confirm that its scope covers your project.

FROM FILE REVIEW TO YOUR BUILD
A clear scope before fabrication starts.
1. Review files & requirements
Use one revision across Gerber, drill and fabrication notes. Identify any requirements that are not clear from the board files.
2. Agree on the quote
Confirm board specifications, quantity, material changes, quality requirements and schedule before approving production.
3. Fabricate or continue to PCBA
Order bare boards only, or coordinate the approved BOM, assembly and agreed inspections as a full turnkey build.
SEND YOUR PROJECT REQUIREMENTS
Request a PCB manufacturing quote.
Start with the information you have. A final fabrication quotation may require a complete, consistent board file package.
- Gerber files, NC drill data and board outline
- Layer stack-up, material grade, thickness and copper weight
- Surface finish, solder mask and special manufacturing notes
- Quantity, target date and shipping destination
- For turnkey PCBA: BOM, pick-and-place data and agreed test requirements
Need finished assemblies?
Write “full turnkey PCBA” in the service field. Share your board files and BOM together so the team can review fabrication, sourcing and assembly as one request.
Files can follow by email. Submitting a request does not approve purchasing or production.
Tell us what you need.
Email is required. Service, quantity and files are optional for an initial discussion.
PCB MANUFACTURING QUESTIONS
Before requesting a quote.
What is the difference between PCB manufacturing and PCB assembly?
Manufacturing produces the bare PCB from your fabrication data. Assembly places and solders components onto that board. Full turnkey PCB assembly also includes the agreed sourcing of boards and BOM components.
Can you quote PCB fabrication and assembly together?
Yes. Include fabrication files, BOM, placement data and assembly requirements. Identify programming, functional testing or supplied components so those responsibilities can be defined in the quote.
What determines PCB fabrication cost and lead time?
Board size, quantity, layers, material, copper, finish and special process requirements affect fabrication cost and schedule. Confirm material availability and the reviewed production plan before relying on a delivery date.
Can I ask about expedited fabrication?
Send the files, required quantity and deadline. Feasibility depends on the material, construction and production schedule; a request is not a guaranteed turnaround commitment.
What if my board files are not ready?
Describe the application, expected quantity and known board requirements. Send the complete fabrication files when they are available for an engineering review and final quotation.
